Search Tips
- Use partial words with a '*' to increase search results.
Partial words may make it easier to find the help you need. For example, approv* will find matches for approve, approval, and approving.
- Use UPPER case letters to indicate exact match.
Search terms in lowercase will match words in any case, otherwise, an exact case match is used. For example, next will find matches for Next, next, and NeXT, whereas a search for NeXT will only match NeXT.
- Surround a phrase with double quotation marks.
A phrase is a series of adjacent words. To search for a phrase, surround the phrase in double quotatation marks. For example, to search for time entry, type "time entry" in the search box.
